・Ability Medal Inheritance Rate Boost×1.5

During the campaign, Ability Seeding will have 1.5 times greater chance of success for the following:
- "Silver Medal" or "Gold Medal" to be transferred to stats without Ability Medals
- Ability Medal to be upgraded further when the same stats already has an Ability Medal
